Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a dedicated Senior Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects in West Palm Beach, FL. You will oversee all construction phases, manage schedules, safety, costs, and quality while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior construction roles, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven record delivering high-end residences on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar senior role in construction.
• Experience in scheduling, safety, cost and quality control.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle including scheduling, safety, cost and quality control, and contract management.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring clear expectations.
• Review progress daily to keep projects on schedule and address delays or issues.
• Ensure high standards of quality construction and proper techniques.
• Implement comprehensive safety protocols for all workers.
• Manage the budget and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Review and interpret contract terms with stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Address issues and questions promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
