Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience in design-build projects is highly desired.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
