Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to join our on-site team in Michigan. You will oversee all construction project aspects, coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedules are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

With 5+ years in a similar role, you will lead cross-functional teams, deliver weekly lookaheads, and liaise with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar construction role.
• Proven experience in managing crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Commitment to high safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring activities align with plan.
• Preparing and delivering 4-week lookaheads to manage expectations and operations.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and deadlines.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors to meet standards and timelines.
• Leading and coordinating crews for efficient work.
• Allocating manpower to tasks and projects for optimal productivity.
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed and a safe work environment is maintained.
• Collaborating with departments and stakeholders, providing progress updates.
• Identifying issues or delays and finding effective solutions.
