Job summary

JPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager in California to lead the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects from pre-development input through closeout. You will oversee budgets and schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding JPI’s culture and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 4 years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects, with strong emphasis on VE,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Construction Manager
• Experience in large-scale multi-family projects

Responsibilities

• Represent and advocate JPI’s culture and guiding principles on projects
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Review plans for coordination and completeness and provide VE input
• Select subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners and manage bids and awards
• Prepare and submit monthly draws and ensure construction documentation is complete
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on site
• Close out projects with owner and provide required O&M documents
