JPI is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of multifamily projects in the Los Angeles area. You will manage design input, cost, and schedule, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for the Owner.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, subcontractor management, safety compliance, and close collaboration with property management and field staff to drive project success and warranty support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field of study.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Construction Manager.
• Construction experience must be in large-scale multi-family projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a construction project.
• Develop and establish Project Budget & Project Schedules.
• Review Plan Sets for coordination and completeness.
• Review and provide input on Construction Contract prior to execution.
• Select Subcontractors, Vendors, Construction Consultants and Trade Partners.
• Coordinate and manage all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
• Ensure work proceeds on budget and on schedule; project closeout.
• Ensure Field Staff adhere to Safety Standards.
• Prepare and submit General Contractor Monthly Draws.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
