Job summary

JPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large-scale multifamily construction projects. You will oversee pre-development input on design, cost, and schedule, coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners, and ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery through closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a minimum of four years as a Construction Manager, with extensive experience in multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Construction Manager, with at least 3 years in high-level managerial roles.
• Construction experience must be in large-scale multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the entire lifecycle of an assigned construction project—from pre-development to closeout.
• Develop and establish Project Budget and Project Schedules; coordinate with departments during construction.
• Review plans, provide VE recommendations, select subs, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Drive project profitability through budget updates, change orders, and cost control.
