Vivmark Residential is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Development to lead sourcing, planning, entitlement, and execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects from pursuit through stabilization.

Based in Addison, TX, you will manage feasibility studies, financial modelling, and negotiations with landowners and officials, while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or master's in Real Estate Development preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive real estate development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing, planning, entitlement, and execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Evaluate feasibility including financial analysis and market dynamics.
• Guide projects through planning, approvals, construction and stabilization.
• Present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with municipalities, landowners, consultants and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Development, Construction, Design and Asset Management.
• Negotiate with landowners and external partners to advance objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and development risks.
