Job summary

MPI is seeking a lead for large ground‑up multifamily and podium projects in the greater Cleveland area, with project values from $20M to $60M. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large ground-up multifamily and podium projects from $20M–$60M.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across project phases.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to stay on track.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.
