Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects in the Cleveland area. You will manage projects from planning through completion, coordinate subcontractors, budgets, and schedules, and partner with Superintendents and internal teams to meet goals.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of construction PM experience, multifamily exposure (wood-frame preferred), and a proven ability to lead schedules and budgets while traveling to active sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction project management experience.
• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience leading schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project execution.
• Partner with Superintendents and internal project teams to achieve project goals.
• Travel periodically to active jobsites during key project phases.
• Monitor project performance, reporting, and client communication throughout the lifecycle.
