Job summary

MPI is a premier construction management firm seeking a senior leader to provide executive oversight of large ground-up projects in the Northeast. The role spans multifamily, healthcare, higher education, and public-sector markets, with a focus on client relationships and strategic project execution.

You will guide teams to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals while mentoring PMs and field staff.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience delivering ground-up construction projects.
• Significant experience in multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education markets.
• Proven leadership on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong tenure with reputable GC or construction management firms.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for large, complex ground-up construction projects.
• Manage project teams to deliver schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Oversee projects across multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and public-sector markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support business growth through operational leadership and strategic project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management and field teams; promote best practices.
• Drive project planning, risk management, and resource allocation efforts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver a growing portfolio of work.
