MPI is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and daily project delivery, ensuring alignment with senior leadership.

You'll foster strong office-field communication, use standard project management tools, and grow into more senior responsibilities within a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general contracting experience, ideally with exposure to multifamily construction.
• Comfortable working on ground-up projects in a structured, team-focused environment.
• Strong communicator who is open to feedback and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day project delivery.
• Work closely with senior leadership for guidance and mentorship.
• Support communication between office and field teams to keep projects on track.
