Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground‑up multifamily construction in the Miami area. You will oversee all phases from budgeting through procurement, coordinating subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on schedule and within cost targets.

The role rewards a proven track record with projects valued at $20M+ and expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive USD salary and bonus opportunities in South Florida.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a general contractor.
• Background in ground‑up multifamily construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost‑control skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of ground‑up multifamily construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Utilize construction management software to track progress and project performance.
