Lead Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Compensation: Up to $175,000 annually (plus benefits)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a ground-up multifamily construction project in the Denver area. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing large-scale residential developments—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.


• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.


• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and schedule adherence.


• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders on progress, logistics, and issue resolution.


• Oversee daily reporting, inspections, and subcontractor performance.


• Drive construction excellence through proactive leadership and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction; 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily projects.


• Strong understanding of commercial and residential building systems.


• Proven ability to manage complex construction schedules and budgets.
