SyRES PROPERTIES is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an on-site conventional apartment community in Beaverton, OR. You will lead staff, manage leasing, monitor market position, and ensure high resident satisfaction while driving financial performance.

The role requires 5–6 years in property management, strong leadership, budgeting, and proficiency with Yardi and revenue management software. A focus on customer service and operational excellence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Property Manager, specializing in luxury and conventional apartment communities.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities.
• Proficient with property management software, such as Yardi, as well as Revenue Management software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, ensuring safety and maintenance.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff, guiding customer service and leasing.
• Manage leasing process: marketing, tours, applications, leases.
• Ensure financial performance by creating budgets and monthly reports.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee renovation projects and budget adherence.
• Handle resident concerns and resolve issues fairly.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and quarterly reviews.
