Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Property Manager, specializing in luxury and conventional apartment communities.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collections for multifamily properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and related systems.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff to ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Manage leasing, tours, applications, and resident move-ins/outs.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and monthly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company standards.
• Maintain property upkeep and coordinate renovations as needed.
