Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial real estate lending or mortgage banking experience, with a strong emphasis on origination.
• Proven track record of consistently generating and closing meaningful loan volume.
• Extensive experience with multifamily agency lending and institutional capital sources.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close high-volume multifamily agency transactions, with primary responsibility for individual production.
• Maintain and expand relationships with institutional and private owners, developers, and key intermediaries.
• Establish a strong market presence to drive repeat business and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with commercial banking partners to integrate coverage efforts and unlock cross-platform opportunities.
• Build and actively manage a robust, forward-looking pipeline.
• Lead complex borrower engagements, providing strategic guidance on transaction structuring and execution.
• Design financing solutions across agency and capital markets channels, aligning structure with client objectives and market conditions.
• Navigate and negotiate sophisticated deal terms, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and counterparties.
• Provide insight into market trends, pricing dynamics, and structural considerations.
