Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in property management, strong budgeting and team leadership, and familiarity with Yardi. Travel to properties will be required, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational training required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations across communities with Asset/Regional PM oversight.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and lease renewals.
• Provide superior resident service to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop and lead on-site teams to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Manage community budgets and vendor relations.
• Coordinate special projects as requested.
