Job summary

IW Group is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead high-profile PR and marketing accounts focused on multicultural media, officials, and community organizations. You will develop integrated campaigns, provide audience strategy, draft press materials, guide creative, and manage a direct report.

The role requires 5+ years in advertising/PR, 2+ years in a client-facing managerial role, and experience with multicultural audiences. A hybrid work model and strong benefits are offered in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in an advertising or PR agency.
• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing managerial role or above.
• Experience with multicultural and Asian American and Pacific Islander consumers.
• Experience with regulated industries or state initiatives.
• Experience leading integrated brand campaigns.
• Proven experience growing business and identifying new opportunities.
• Ability to role model the agency’s vision and connect it to client goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated cross-functional team for multiple client accounts.
• Own the client relationship and drive high-impact campaigns.
• Grow the client relationship by exceeding expectations and expanding scope.
• Provide multicultural strategic direction on campaigns and press materials.
• Lead strategy and creative reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day client needs and coordinate with internal teams.
