Job summary

Infinite Global in San Francisco seeks an experienced Account Supervisor to lead a portfolio of professional services clients. You will set day-to-day objectives, manage junior staff, and ensure strategic media relations and measurable results.

This is a people-management role with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing feedback. Ideal candidates have at least five years of PR experience, familiarity with B2B clients, strong writing skills, AP style, and the ability to lead multiple projects, pitch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years’ PR and communications experience.
• Exposure to professional services and B2B clients; agency experience preferred.
• Strong writing ability; AP style; ability to proof/edit and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Handle proactive and reactive media relations for a portfolio of professional services clients.
• Develop clear, strategic communications including strategy plans and client memos.
• Articulate and implement day-to-day account strategy.
• Facilitate client calls/meetings and serve as main client contact.
• Provide strategic recommendations and address client needs.
