Daniel J. Edelman, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor, Multicultural, to lead strategy and communications for a major food and beverage account with a focus on Hispanic/Latino audiences.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong multicultural media relationships, and the ability to guide junior team members while delivering integrated programs for clients. Collaboration across strategy, creative, earned media and partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in public relations, multicultural or integrated communications, marketing or related fields (agency preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish for both strategy and execution.
• Strong writing, counseling and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted multicultural counsel and identify opportunities to strengthen work.
• Translate audience research and cultural insights into communications strategies.
• Lead workstreams from strategy through execution across multiple teams.
• Develop and lead multicultural earned media strategies and outreach.
• Identify and manage creators, influencers and partners connected to priority audiences.
