• 6+ years in public relations, multicultural communications, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with consumer brands and multicultural audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic multicultural counsel and support client relationships.
• Translate audience insights into integrated communications strategies.
• Lead workstreams from strategy through execution across teams.
• Develop and lead earned media strategies and outreach for multicultural audiences.
• Identify and manage creators, influencers, and partnerships.
• Provide guidance on cultural context and language in communications.
