Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, events, social media, partnerships, or a related field.
• Agency experience is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support Managers and Directors in managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, status reports, meeting recaps and other client-facing materials.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple concurrent projects.
• Track campaign milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with budgeting, invoices, and billing trackers.
