Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple restaurant locations in high-volume environments.
• Proven coaching and development of General Managers and leadership teams.
• Experience managing sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance of assigned corporate restaurants, achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Coach General Managers for leadership effectiveness and brand standards.
• Build leadership pipeline through talent development and retention.
• Analyze P&L and market data to identify opportunities and actions.
