Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Corporate Business Leader to drive performance across a portfolio of corporate restaurants, leading General Managers to deliver strong results while upholding Marco’s standards for product quality, guest service, people, and operations. You will coach leaders, analyze P&Ls, and develop action plans to boost sales, profitability, and guest experience across the market.

This highly field-based role requires about 80% travel to maintain a hands-on presence with restaurant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership.
• Experience leading multiple locations in high-volume environments.
• Proven coaching and development of General Managers.
• Proven track record in sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing restaurant financial performance (sales, labor, cost).

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business and guest experience goals across corporate restaurants.
• Coach General Managers on performance, leadership, and standards.
• Build leadership pipeline through talent assessment and development.
• Monitor staffing and workforce trends; address hiring and retention needs.
• Analyze P&L, sales trends, labor, and costs to drive improvements.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strong execution and planning.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, service, and restaurant image.
• Roll out company programs, promotions, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
