Marco’s Pizza – Spire Brands, LLC is seeking a General Manager – Restaurant Leader to oversee a restaurant’s daily operations, drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and uphold Marco’s standards of quality and service. This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes people development, cost control, and guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires relocation to the South Carolina Low Country or Southeast Georgia area when needed, with a minimum of 45 hours per week.

• Control food and paper costs.
• Reduce waste and expenses.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Protect company assets.
• Follow cash-handling and financial-control procedures.
• Ensure every product meets Marco’s standards.
• Maintain proper portioning and preparation.
• Ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Monitor ticket times and speed of service.
• Maintain food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained.
• Complete operational checklists.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome.
• Ensure friendly, fast, and professional service.
• Handle customer concerns and find solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build a team that values customer interactions.
