Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Designee to lead multi-unit retail operations across multiple locations in Kansas and beyond. You'll undergo fast-paced training, oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and mentor teams while partnering with senior leaders.

The role emphasizes P&L oversight, budget optimization, and strategic execution, with travel, adaptability, and a commitment to Love's culture and customer service.

Qualifications

5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.
5+ years of P&L Responsibility of Multiple Units preferred.
Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Travel across multiple locations to support operations and training.
Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives.
Mentor and empower teams across locations to foster accountability.
Collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and drive adoption of best practices.
Analyze metrics, optimize budgets, and maximize profitability.
