You will oversee Account Managers and Supervisors, ensuring effective communication, quality standards, and efficient use of resources.

The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, promoting growth, and ensuring adherence to union agreements and company policies across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Janitorial multi-unit management experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and service.
• Ability to improve quality and efficiency in operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships through networking and high-level facility management.
• Maintain open communications with clients regarding services and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with Union agreements and employee handbook for servicing facilities.
• Review budgets, payroll, cost projections, and supply controls while delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Managers to optimize operations.
• Develop long-term solutions addressing customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Train and coach staff on cleaning methods and supervisory skills.
• Ensure quality standards by touring facilities and reviewing contracted scope of work.
• Represent the company in a professional capacity and perform duties as assigned by management.
