The role emphasizes planning, coaching, and proactive problem solving to deliver superior facility management results and client satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Janitorial multi-unit management experience.
• Effective communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to quality and service.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct a mixed portfolio of accounts to meet client expectations.
• Maintain client relationships through networking and communications.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and employee handbook for serviced facilities.
• Review budgets, payrolls, cost projections, and supply control while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Managers to facilitate operations.
• Develop and implement long-term solutions addressing customer needs.
• Assist with training and coaching of staff.
• Ensure all customer and quality standards are met by site tours and scope reviews.
• Act as the spokesperson representing company interests; perform duties as assigned.
