Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, ensuring safety, managing budgets, and conductingQuality audits and performance reviews with client leadership. Willingness to be hands-on in all contract areas is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven leadership and management success.
• Experience as a manager in janitorial or housekeeping is desirable but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and electronic timekeeping.
• Ability to communicate with all levels and make timely, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations to meet contract requirements.
• Recruit, hire, train and deploy a capable workforce.
• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance.
• Manage budget targets for labor, supplies and equipment.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and address deficiencies.
• Perform periodic performance reviews with client leadership.
• Be hands-on in all contract areas as needed.
