Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking an Operating Partner for Northern New Jersey to lead strategic and operational success across 5 company-owned stores. You’ll build a high-performing team, drive growth, and foster relationships with customers and the community.

You will lead with purpose, blend entrepreneurial thinking with operational excellence, and be the face of Fleet Feet in your community, leveraging resources to drive store performance and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a multi-unit retail leadership role with a focus on sales and operations.
• Proven strategic planning, budget oversight, and financial performance analysis.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
• Clear, confident communication and people-first leadership.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
