Job summary

Fleet Feet in New Jersey seeks an Operating Partner to oversee 5 Fleet Feet company-owned stores in the Northern New Jersey area. You’ll lead with purpose, build a high-performing team, and drive growth and customer loyalty in a community-focused retail setting.

You’ll blend entrepreneurial thinking with operational excellence, manage budgets, and partner with stores to deliver unmatched service while embracing Fleet Feet’s inclusive culture and mission.

Overview

As the top leader in your Fleet Feet company-owned store, the Operating Partner - Northern New Jersey is responsible for the strategic and operational success of 5 retail locations in the Northern New Jersey area. You’ll lead with purpose, develop a high-performing team, and foster meaningful relationships with customers and the community. This role blends entrepreneurial thinking, operational excellence, and authentic leadership to drive growth and customer loyalty. You'll be the face of Fleet Feet in your community and have access to a robust suite of resources to help you succeed.
