Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead distribution center operations across multiple shifts. You will drive efficiency, safety, quality, and KPI attainment while shaping processes and developing managers and teams.

Responsibilities include building leadership capability, managing budgets and expenditures, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize performance and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and experience managing projects and programs.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of managers and their supporting teams.
• Drive safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and facility KPIs.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders.
• Manage warehouse budgets, monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operational support teams to test and implement solutions.
