Cummins-Wagner Company, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Annapolis Junction, MD to manage full-cycle, multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now. You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and managers to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent payroll experience considered.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll module.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll, bonuses, commissions, and off-cycle payments.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, wage/hour laws, and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process full-cycle, multi-state payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for questions and issues.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external partners on payroll matters.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll reports and handle W‑2s and year‑end duties.
• Support payroll tax filings and audits as needed.
