Cummins-Wagner Co Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage our full-cycle multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now. You will serve as the primary payroll contact, ensuring accurate processing, deductions, and timely reporting across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle payroll handling across multiple states and payroll taxes.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now Payroll module.
• Ability to process regular, supplemental, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll data.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process the Company's full-cycle, multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Process regular, supplemental, and off-cycle payrolls including bonuses and adjustments.
• Support payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with year-end payroll reporting.
