Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Greenfield, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead four food-grade, third-party logistics facilities on the east side of Indianapolis. You will drive safety, quality, customer service, labor productivity, and inventory accuracy across sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to develop site leaders while standardizing processes to meet changing customer demands and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least five years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations experience.
• At least three years of management experience with responsibility for supervisors and hourly warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations across four warehouse locations with receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and value-added services.
• Establish consistent operating procedures, performance expectations, and accountability across all sites.
• Develop site managers, supervisors, and team leads through coaching, training and performance management.
• Manage budgets, labor planning, and KPI tracking across all locations.
