EDGE Industrial Staffing, in partnership with a national logistics organization, seeks a Director of 3PL Operations for a large Greenfield campus in Greenfield, Indiana. This senior role oversees multiple warehouses, leads a team of site leaders, and drives financial and service performance across a multi-client distribution network.

You will champion operational excellence, safety, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement while balancing labor, capacity, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
• Direct leadership experience within a 3PL environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple warehouse facilities.
• Lead and develop site leaders and operations teams.
• Own campus-level P&L performance, budgeting, labor costs, and productivity.
• Oversee multi-client operations and ensure service commitments are met.
• Establish metrics for safety, quality, inventory, service, and efficiency.
• Optimize staffing, capacity, equipment, and resources.
• Collaborate with customer teams to support retention and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard operating procedures.
