Job summary

Zentis Plymouth facility in Indiana seeks a Logistics Manager to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control and pre-production staging. You will supervise staff, drive process improvements and ensure food safety compliance while coordinating with Customer Service, Production and QA.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in a relevant field and 3–5 years in warehouse management, plus 1–3 years in food manufacturing and 1–2 years inbound/outbound

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years warehouse management experience.
• 1–3 years food manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years inbound/outbound logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse, material handling, shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate inventory control, cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Lead staff, coach, train and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to HACCP/food safety standards.
• Collaborate with customer service, production and QA to meet customer demands.
