Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Regional Property Supervisor to manage a portfolio including Crescent Park and Nevin Plaza in Richmond, CA. This HUD/Tax Credit role requires strong supervision, site leadership, and familiarity with regulatory guidelines.

Applicants must have a CA Real Estate Sales License (or obtain within nine months) and at least 1 year of multi-site supervision. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 annually, with DOE considered for new hires.

Qualifications

• One year of multi-site property supervision.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
• Current California Real Estate license or ability to obtain within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between site and central office; conduct monthly meetings.
• Ensure file compliance at each property in portfolio.
• Collaborate with Development on acquisitions and developments.
• Maintain financial benchmarks; monitor monthly financials per property.
• Conduct site visits 2x monthly to each site; maintain physical assets.
• Supervise assistants, property managers, floating managers and site staff.

This position is for a full-time Regional Property Supervisor to work at Crescent Park (378-unit) and Nevin Plaza (140-unit) in Richmond, CA. These are HUD and Tax Credit properties. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ years of multi-site property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines. Must have a current California Real Estate Sales License or be able to obtain one within nine months of hire. Must have strong supervisory experience. Salary range: $90,000.00 to $148,000.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $90,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year, DOE.

Position Overview

The Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fiscal, physical and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties. This includes the supervision of staff, the review, explanation and reporting of financial reports to the supervisor, partners and outside agencies.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Liaison between site and central office, conducts monthly meetings
• Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio
• Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments
• Responsible for maintaining desired financial benchmarks, monitors and analyzes monthly financials for each property in portfolio
• Conducts site visits 2x monthly to each site, responsible for maintaining physical assets
• Supervises Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers and all other site staff

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. One year of multi-site property supervision. Some experience in affordable housing, which may include HUD, Tax-Credit, RHCP,and/or work with a Housing Authority. Experience in communicating with and reporting to regulatory agencies (i.e., HUD, TCAC, RHCP),partners, ownership boards, and senior management.

Other Requirements

• Must have valid driver’s license and DMV clearance.
• Must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements
• Must have current Real Estate license or be able to obtain within 9 months of hire.

Criminal Background Check Requirements

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. EAH Housing requires all candidates who have received a conditional job offer to submit to drug testing within 72 hours from acceptance of our job offer. EAH Housing does not test for marijuana/cannabis. Satisfactory completion of drug testing is a requirement of employment with EAH.
