Job summary

The position requires 5+ years of community management experience, multisite exposure, and budget preparation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community/property management.
• Multisite experience preferred; Budget preparation and variance reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and preparing financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applicant screening, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Supervise property staff and ensure maintenance standards are met.
