Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive management experience.
• Lean manufacturing/Lean operations experience.
• Strong leadership with excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Leadec values and business principles.
• Ensures safety as a core operating principle.
• Oversees large-scale IFM operations across multiple sites.
• Manages strategic supplier and vendor relationships and large contracts.
• Leads multi-location operations ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Controls budgets for purchased services, labor, and subcontracted work.
• Maintains client relationships and develops strategic partnerships in automotive manufacturing.
• Plans maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Drives continual improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensures compliance with EHS and ISO 14001/45001/9001 standards.
