Job summary

Leadec seeks a site leadership professional to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations at a customer site in the United States. The role requires managing cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing budgeting and KPI performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of progressive management experience in manufacturing, and the ability to travel within the United States. Lean experience and labor environment familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience required.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
• Previous work experience in an organized labor environment preferred.
• Lean management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Occasional travel as required within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Leadec values and business principles.
• Oversee all Leadec operations at the site.
• Ensure safety guidelines and ISO standards (14001/45001/9001) are followed.
• Drive implementation of Leadec and customer strategic initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L review and financial performance for the site.
• Maintain KPI reporting for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.
• Coordinate with Safety and OPEX teams on site sustainability projects.
• Lead and develop site teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
