Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a seasoned Maintenance & Operations Director to lead facilities, systems, and utilities across a complex multi-facility portfolio. The role oversees preventive maintenance, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and contract adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with NASA stakeholders, reporting on status and performance, and guiding technical teams toward reliable, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in maintenance operations management, with leadership of technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project/Construction/Engineering or related field.
• Security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for maintenance & operations across multi-facility portfolio.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with program leadership and stakeholders on priorities, risks and reports.
• Ensure compliance with NASA requirements, OSHA, and contract provisions.
• Lead teams to meet performance metrics and cost targets.
