Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
• Four years in a management role overseeing HVAC/electrical/plumbing and 50+ personnel.
• PMI/ PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing facilities maintenance and repair programs.
• Direct supervision of sub-departments and staff.
• Coordinate work plans, assign activities, and review performance.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance activities.
• Develop KPIs and manage project budgets.
