Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC seeks a Deputy Operations Manager to lead a major facilities maintenance contract for a secure DoD installation in MD. You will oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of building trades programs and ensure safe, efficient service delivery across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include directing Facility Managers and technicians, managing budgets and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance with leadership exposure.
• PM role with responsibility for HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and personnel.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or trade license in a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct facilities maintenance programs and budgets.
• Direct supervision of Facility Managers and staff.
• Plan, direct and review work activities; ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage safety and compliance.
