Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to oversee a large DOD facilities maintenance contract at Annapolis Junction, MD. You will lead facility managers and supervisors, coordinate multi-trade work, and ensure safety, reporting, and efficiency.

Requirements include 10+ years in facilities ops, 4+ years in a management role, PMP certification, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or trade license. Onsite work, pay rate $140,000–$153,120 annually.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance type work.
• Four (4) years in a management role overseeing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and personnel.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or trade license in a professional field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing facilities maintenance and repair programs.
• Supervise lower tier sub-departments and their functions.
• Plan and coordinate work activities, assign tasks, and review outcomes.
• Direct work on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• Develop KPIs and monitor service delivery efficiency.
