Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for on-site operations at Moffett Field, California. You will manage day-to-day campus-wide maintenance, oversee preventive and corrective work, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with planning and scheduling to allocate resources.

Under the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of trades and ensure contract policies are followed, prepare progress reports, and drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Mandatory HS diploma or GED with facilities maintenance/ops experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a team.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee work activities with contract departments.
• Use CMMS to track, disseminate, and close work orders.
• Schedule preventive maintenance personnel and priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure safety, proper PPE and compliance with plans.
