Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) seeks a Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair building systems across multiple sites in Addison, TX. The role requires after-hours emergency availability and a focus on safety and reliability.

Applicants should have 5 years of hands-on experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. Proficiency with work orders and basic computer skills is expected. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and work orders and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to safety, environmental and building needs via work orders and site contacts.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants and management for outside work.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records in CMMS or similar software.
• Ensure repairs and servicing meet safety and reliability standards.
• Keep organized files and comply with site procedures.
