Job summary

Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) seeks a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to service building systems across client locations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, with after-hours availability. You will work with safety and quality as core values, maintain logs, coordinate outside contractors, and support a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety and security systems.
• Ability to coordinate work orders and outside contractors.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and logs/records maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to safety, environmental, and repair requests promptly.
• Maintain maintenance logs and use work order systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and management for outside work.
• Ensure ongoing safety and operation of building systems.
