Job summary

Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems across multiple Houston-area locations. The role includes after-hours on-call availability and coordinating with tenants and management for repairs.

The technician will perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintain logs and records, and ensure safe and continuous operation of facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Five (5) years of previous maintenance experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects per site and align with core values.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct periodic general maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond to safety, environmental, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain maintenance logs and use work order systems.
• Coordinate approvals for work with outside contractors.
