Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) is seeking a motivated Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems across multiple sites.

You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinating with tenants and contractors, with on-call responsibilities after hours. The role requires a High School Diploma and about five years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Proficient in computer, text, and email skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building operating systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs across sites.
• Respond to safety and environmental needs and document work orders.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records; use work order systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and tenants for outside work and approvals.
